Have you ever attended a health club or gym? For a fixed fee, you have available the facilities of the center and the support of the trainer. Business Gym works pretty much the same way. Following the payment of the fee you have access to me and my resources for a period of six months, with unlimited access.
How does Business Gym works?
Typically, our consulting work starts with some initial exploratory meetings. In these initial sessions, we start to discover and highlight the traits of your business, and we start to craft a marketing strategy around this. After this, we will establish together the frequency of contact that best fits you.
Some customers prefer to call me weekly, others monthly or every other week. Together we will find the frequency that fits your schedule and your personality.
Admission to this service is limited.
Due to a very tight schedule of work with customers really willing to bring their business to a new level, I can work only with highly motivated people. I am not the right consultant for intellectual people and / or time wasters.

What kind of situations can we work on during this job?

How much does it cost?
My fee for the six-month duration of the program is established in 3,500 Euro (plus V.a.t). This sum makes the difference between those who are seriously interested in growing the business and those who simply want to waste time.
This sum is absolutely non-refundable and must be paid full in advance before our work starts. In case of occurrence of external problems, you can ask for an interruption or ask me to “lock” the work for a period of one month or more (see the Frequently Asked Questions).
This investment can be easily recouped in a short time simply by acquiring a couple of new customers, or by seeing accepted some proposals, which have been rejected previously.
Another way in which you can recover the money invested is precisely in the choice of where to allocate the right time and resources for your marketing. Just consider how easy it is to spend (and lose ) a lot of money by investing in ineffective and unproductive advertising.
For each initiative and marketing activity, we will work together to select the best mode and application that ensure the greatest economic return for your money.
Structured Option
Some people may need or want a more structured relationship with me. In this version of Business Gym, we will choose together the areas of development requiring increased attention to create an action plan that will include these organic elements:
1) A work and action plan with specific deadlines and goals to be achieved.
2) A precise sequence of contact between us and with deadlines for completion of work.
3) A precise strategy sequence to maximize the strengths and speed the achievement of your goals.
This structured option of Business Gym ensures you receive an extra external support in order to help you achieve your goals.
The cost of this option is € 4500 (always for a period of six months)
Intensive Option
As another option, you can attend an intensive weekend as the starting point, before continuing with the work with Business Gym. In this weekend, we will have the opportunity to further work to improve the operation of your business, as the foundations for the six months of deepening.
This option allows you to start working with a greater momentum in order to speed up the implementation of the marketing strategies.
The cost of this option is € 6000 plus V.a.t.

What if I do not need to use the service for a while?

Even if the fee spent for the service is not refundable in any way, you can request to “lock” the consulting process for some time and resume it later. Please note that you may request a freeze of our work for a maximum of two times during the six-month attendance of the Business Gym.
What happens after I fill out the form?
As soon as I receive your request for Business Gym, I will arrange with you an introductory meeting of thirty or forty minutes. During This session will reach a mutual decision to see if this program is a good fit for you and me. If it is, we will begin considering your situation, your expectations and how to create value for your business.
Is it possible to split in rates the cost of the service?
Sure. Your initial fee will be used to reserve a place. H the work will begin only when you had deposited the full amount agreed for your tuition.
Can the other members of my staff have equal access to the resources and to you?
Sure. We can reach an agreement on this. We can allow other employees and / or employees to have a same or different access to me and my resources. Based on the number of people and type of support that you think they should receive, you will receive a custom quote.
What happens after six months of work?
Due to the structure of highly collaborative work that we do together, the added benefit of this work will allow you to continue to implement the strategies and tactics proposed on your own. This means that you can continue to get results even without my help and without having to pay for it.
